Alaba was also caught out during the Clasico when Ilkay Gundogan opened the scoring for Barcelona, although Real Madrid ended up winning that match.
This past weekend against Real Betis, Alaba was one of the players guilty of affording Aitor Ruibal the space to score the equaliser from distance.
In addition to that, the defender’s poor clearing in the game against Union Berlin last night was the cause of the first goal scored by the German team.
Despite the fact that Real Madrid emerged triumphant, it is believed that the club is experiencing certain doubts and concerns as a result of Alaba’s blunders.
