Real Madrid’s La Liga match against RCD Mallorca is scheduled to take place on Wednesday night. Arda Guler has finally been included on the team list for the match. On the other hand, the 18-year-old player remained to wait for his first appearance for Los Blancos when manager Carlo Ancelotti decided not to send him on.
This resulted in a great deal of inquiries about Guler being asked at the press conference that took place after the match, which the manager responded to head-on by saying:
“Don’t worry about it; everything is OK. Despite the fact that I am well aware of the fact that he is 18 years old, he has begun training with the squad. It is crucial to maintain peace and tranquility with him because he will be a very significant player for the club in both the present and the future.
There must be patience, since this is of utmost importance. To my knowledge, the player also has it. Because of the talent that he has, he will eventually earn his minutes and become more prominent.
There is a similar viewpoint held by Real Madrid.
Mario Cortegana of The Athletic, using Madrid Zone as his source, is asserting that Real Madrid’s perspective on the issue of Guler’s debut is very much in agreement with that of Carlo Ancelotti with regard to the problem.
In point of fact, the club’s view on the issue is quite clear: “What difference does one or two games less or more make when there is huge confidence in him for many years?”
Guler continues to have the complete trust and confidence of Real Madrid, despite the fact that he has had a difficult time with injuries during his first six months as a player for the club.
There is a great deal of promise in the 18-year-old player, and Los Blancos are certain that he will reach his full potential. As a result, they are not in a hurry to rush him back and risk any more health issues.
The next match against Arandina, a team that is considered to be among the lowest in the Copa del Rey, presents Real Madrid with the perfect chance to give Guler his first appearance with the senior team.
