Real Madrid have finalized their squad list for the first part of the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League, which is set to begin in just one week. The group rounds of the competition will begin on October 6, 2023/24.
The Whites were eliminated in the semifinals in the last campaign, and they will be motivated to win their 15th European championship this time around.
Real Madrid has been assigned to compete in Group C, which also features Napoli and SC Braga in addition to Union Berlin.
The Real Madrid squad list for the group stage of Europe’s top club tournament has been published on the official website of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). The competition will begin in one week.
Courtois and Militao have been included to Real Madrid’s roster.
Despite the fact that both Thibaut Courtois and Eder Militao have been out for a considerable amount of time with anterior cruciate ligament injuries (ACL), Real Madrid has decided to put both players in its roster for the beginning phases of the Champions League.
Included on the list are recent acquisitions such as Jude Bellingham, Fran Garcia, Joselu, and Kepa Arrizabalaga. Also included is Brahim Diaz, who just returned from a three-year loan stay at AC Milan.
Vinicius Tobias, a right back, is also included on List A of the squad since he does not meet the requirements to be on List B, which is reserved for indigenous players.
A number of up-and-coming artists including Nico Paz, Alvaro Rodriguez, Gonzalo Garcia, Marvel, Rafel Obrador, Mario Martin, and Lucas Canizares are included on List B.
