After that, he said that the fact that he was undecided about whether or not to extend his contract during the previous season made him appreciate each and every time spent at the home stadium even more, despite the fact that he ultimately decided to commit to another season.
“I made the decision to renew my contract rather late in the previous year. The instant you have even the tiniest notion that you may not continue, which is something that I had already experienced the previous year, you make an effort to make the most of these times.
