MARCA is saying that Real Madrid is getting ready to begin discussions with Bayern Munich for the acquisition of Alphonso Davies. This comes at a time when the transfer of Kylian Mbappe is almost certain to be finalized.
The Frenchman is expected to arrive soon, and the attention will now move to the Canadian left-back. The 23-year-old is one of the main targets for Los Blancos entering into the summer transfer window, along with Mbappe. The emphasis will now shift to the Canadian left-back.
Beginning of negotiations, player is interested in joining
The Bavarian club has already made the assumption that Davies does not want to extend his contract, which is set to expire on June 30, 2025, as a result of a meeting that took place in Munich a few days ago between the agent of Davies, Nedal Huoseh, and the sports director of Bayern, Christoph Freund.
