In recent years, Barcelona has been successful in discovering talents such as Gavi, Lamine Yamal, and Pau Cubarsi. Real Madrid, on the other hand, has been in a lagging position when it comes to cultivating homegrown talents.

Because of his quickness and his ability to maintain possession of the ball, Perez, who was born in 2008, is held in very high respect. Therefore, the attacker has the potential to be a significant acquisition for Real Madrid’s junior squad, which would be good news for the club.
This is a direct reaction to Barcelona’s acquisition of talented players like Byron Mendoza and Marcos Parriego, both of whom came from the Real Madrid junior program. Both of these players are now playing for Barcelona.
Joel Perez’s ideas for Real Madrid to go forward
It is anticipated that Joel Perez will arrive in the capital of Spain during the summer of the following year. There is a lack of clarity on the specific position that the young player would occupy inside Real Madrid’s youth footballing infrastructure.
The fact that certain players from Madrid Juvenil C have participated in matches for Real Madrid’s Juvenil A team this season indicates that it is not completely out of the question that Perez will be placed under the supervision of Arbeloa for the next season.
