It has been claimed that Kylian Mbappe has told Paris Saint-Germain that he would be leaving the club in the summer. This gives Real Madrid the opportunity to go forward with the acquisition of Mbappe and finalize the transaction.
The superstar, who is 25 years old, has reportedly informed the president of Paris Saint-Germain, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, that he plans to leave the club after his contract expires at the conclusion of the current season. This information was verified only a short time ago.
Continuing on from that, it has been reported by Fabrizio Romano that Florentino Perez, the president of Real Madrid, is actively engaged in conversations with Kylian Mbappe and his entourage over his transfer to the Santiago Bernabeu.
The specialist on transfers believes that the situation between Mbappe and PSG is completely resolved at this point, and Real Madrid is confidently moving on with their attempts to acquire the services of the French superstar.
Romano makes it clear that Mbappe has not yet reached a deal with the Merengues or any other team, and that in order to achieve the move, he would be need to take a wage that is lower than the one he was receiving at Paris Saint-Germain.
In light of the fact that everything seems to be in motion, it would appear that Mbappe’s transfer to Real Madrid is only a matter of time.
The deal has been in the works for a considerable amount of time now, with Los Blancos having been fans of the 2018 FIFA World Cup champion for a considerable amount of time.
Mbappe came extremely close to signing for the Merengues during the summer of 2022; however, the player ultimately decided to extend his contract with Paris Saint-Germain at the very last minute.
