Concern was expressed by Real Madrid supporters when it was revealed that Real Madrid defender Jude Bellingham had to leave Friday’s training session early owing to gastrointestinal issues.
After all, Los Blancos are about to face their toughest competition of the season when they compete against Atletico Madrid, which is located in the same city.
The return of Bellingham to training
The concerns, however, have been put to rest on the eve of the game as Mario Cortegana writes that Bellingham is now exercising with the rest of the Real Madrid team as if nothing unusual has occurred.
The England international has been Los Blancos’ most impressive player in the current season, which they are now engaged in.
Bellingham has played in six matches across all competitions and has already scored six goals and set up one more, playing a significant role in the club’s perfect start to the season in terms of winning percentage.
When he had to leave yesterday’s training early due to a stomach virus, there were obviously some red flags raised that should have prompted concern.
However, it would seem that everything is well with the once promising player from Birmingham City, and he will be prepared to take against Atletico Madrid in his very first Madrilenian derby on Sunday.
Dani Carvajal has been ruled out.
While there is a good chance that Bellingham will be available for selection, Dani Carvajal is not one of those players.
The right-back did not play in the game against Union Berlin during the week, and scans performed on Friday revealed that he is still not well enough to return to action.
As a consequence of this, Carvajal will not be present at today’s training session, and he will also be unable to play in the derby against Los Rojiblancos.
Vinicius Jr. was also spotted exercising with the rest of the club today; however, it is still unknown whether or not Carlo Ancelotti would choose to include him in the roster for the next derby.
long all is going on, Arda Guler is back to working out on the field, but it seems like he will have to wait a long before making his debut for Real Madrid.
