Jaime Barroso, one of Real Madrid’s most promising youth attackers, has committed to the club for the future, according to AS.
Barroso is a striker who was born in 2007 and has advanced well at La Fabrica since joining in the summer of 2022. Real Madrid signed him before teams like Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.
Los Blancos have given the young player his first professional contract, therefore they are placing a huge bet and securing his future for the upcoming several years.
In fact, Barroso has committed to Real Madrid for the next three years, and a €50 million release clause protects the young player.
Having scored 35 goals with Real Madrid last season, Barroso is one of the most intriguing young forwards in Spanish junior football.
Real Madrid’s young team has benefited greatly from Barroso’s influence. He began the season with the club’s C squad, but after a few months, he was moved up to the Juvenil A setup under Alvaro Arbeloa, where he even made his UEFA Youth League debut.
Although Barroso is still a ways off from making an impact in the first squad, Real Madrid has shown faith in his abilities by protecting him with a €50 million release clause in his initial contract.
