Eder Militao is one of Real Madrid’s long-term injured players, and he was expected to miss the most of the season.
The defender suffered an ACL injury in August and was declared out until March of the following year, leaving Real Madrid with a weakened backline.
Militao has shortened the deadline.
However, in a significant development, it looks that the Brazilian has reduced his deadline and may be able to return to play before the end of the year.
This was stated by Jorge Picon, who believes the 25-year-old will return to training in December.
Although no specific timetable for his comeback has been established, Picon predicts that the countdown to Militao’s return will begin after the Christmas holiday.

Carlo Ancelotti may benefit greatly from this. This season, the Italian coach has had to make do with few choices at the back, but it looks like Militao will be back in action for a big portion of the season.
Is Real Madrid’s approach working?
Despite long-term injuries to Militao and Thibaut Courtois, as well as regular blows to David Alaba, Real Madrid refused to depend heavily on the market.
Despite a slew of injuries, the Spanish giants are unlikely to engage in the forthcoming January transfer window.
In the instance of Militao, the club declined to sign a successor and instead hoped for a speedy recovery. That method seems to have worked.
Militao, on the other hand, still has a long way to go before he can return to the training field, and it is critical that he maintains his current rate of recuperation.
Militao will begin individual training as soon as he obtains permission from the facility.
The athlete will be guided by his physical trainer, Bruno Caco, who is anticipated to travel from Sao Paulo to assist him.
