Real Madrid have constantly remained the focal point of attention, and significant people inside the club have traditionally been used to looking down the barrel of an uncertain future.
Carlo Ancelotti, the manager of Real Madrid, has continued to keep at least one foot outside of the squad’s camp, even as the Brazil national team has continued to repose a great deal of trust in his impending presence.
Nevertheless, things are not as clear as they would look at first appearance, and a settlement has not yet been reached amongst the parties engaged in the conflict.
The future of Ancelotti is still uncertain.
In point of fact, Brazil continues to have a strong interest in securing Ancelotti’s services, and they continue to have confidence that they will be able to do so, despite the fact that Real Madrid is considering making a new contract offer to the Italian player.
In point of fact, when questioned by UOL (via SPORT), sources inside the Brazilian national team indicated that an agreement had already been reached between the two sides, and that everything related to the deal had been signed.
“There is absolutely no danger whatsoever. The insider said that everything is in order and that the contract has been signed.
However, as far as Real Madrid is concerned, there is evidence of the coach’s interest in the Brazilian position, both in the shape of the contact he maintains with the Brazilian Confederation and in the fact that he has applied for the post, but there has been no official commitment made.
It would be against the law for him to enter into a pre-agreement at this time since his current deal is set to expire in June of 2024 and he is not allowed to sign with another club until January of the following year without the permission of the current club.
Real Madrid is keeping all of its options available to them.
Real Madrid has begun having conversations regarding continuity, and the club hasn’t fully ruled out the possibility of renewing his contract.
Ancelotti and Fiorentino Perez continue to have a cordial relationship, and the manager has been forthcoming about the possibility of moving to Brazil once his current deal ends.
However, he has expressed the intention to stay in the Spanish capital if the opportunity presents itself, and it is possible that Perez would be ready to prolong his term if the current season is successful.
Ancelotti, on the other hand, cannot keep Brazil waiting and will most likely have to make a decision within the next few months.
The Merengues have been strongly connected to club icon Xabi Alonso as a potential successor for Carlo Ancelotti in the event that the latter and them were to split ways.
