An analyst on the transfer market named Fabricio Romano has said that it is anticipated that Kylian Mbappe would wear the number 9 shirt while playing for Real Madrid.
According to reliable sources, neither Mbappe nor his advisors have made a request for Real Madrid to provide him with the number 10 shirt for the forthcoming season. This choice was made out of respect for Luka Modric, who has decided to remain at Real Madrid and has extended his contract for one additional season.
It is stated that both Mbappe and Real Madrid recognize the contributions that Modric has made to the squad. In the same way that Cristiano Ronaldo waited to receive the number 7 shirt from Raul, Mbappe may wait for the number 10 jersey.
When will supporters of Real Madrid be able to purchase a Mbappe jersey?
The supporters have gone into a frenzy after the official confirmation that Kylian Mbappe has signed with Real Madrid.
