The future superstar of Real Madrid gave an interview to the Daily Mail earlier this week, during which he discussed a wide range of issues, including his time spent playing for Palmeiras, his passion for Real Madrid, and his aspiration to play for the Brazilian national team. His first call-up with the Selecao was the subject of his first remark, which was as follows:
“Being able to don the Brazil shirt has always been the pinnacle of my childhood dreams. My life has been filled with things that have occurred extremely rapidly, and this is yet another wish that has come true. I am unable to express my gratitude enough to my family, my agents, and the Palmeiras, who have always had faith in me.
After that, Endrick went on to say that Real Madrid was his ideal club, and he also mentioned the player who had been most influential to him throughout his boyhood.
Since I was a little child, my desire has always been to be a member of Real Madrid’s football team. One of the most important people in my life is Cristiano Ronaldo. Since I will be wearing the same shirt that he wore, it is a source of immense pride for me to know that.
Despite all of the excitement that has surrounded the young man’s name, his life has not been completely trouble-free. He had a difficult beginning to the year 2023, during which he was given little playing time and little opportunity to excel. This was a period of time that he suffered.
When I wasn’t playing, I never once let the fact that I wasn’t playing get to me. This time period was one of professional development. Abel Ferreira, the CEO of Palmeiras, would constantly chat to me, which made me feel more at ease. I accepted his choice and continued working accordingly.
Now that the time has arrived, I have the chance to demonstrate what I am capable of doing on the field, and I am quite thankful for everything that is taking place. It is a time to take pleasure in and be joyful,” he went on to say.
