At the moment, Real Madrid looks to acquire a central defender for their team. Throughout the course of the season, the club has been forced to contend with injuries, with two of the most major ones occurring in the core of the defense. Eder Militao broke his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in the very first game of the season. A similar injury was recently sustained by David Alaba, and he will not be able to return to the field of play any time soon.
There are now just two choices available to Real Madrid for the position of center back. In the event that the circumstance requires it, Aurelien Tchouameni is able to go in and replace Antonio Rudiger and Nacho.
A club that is anticipated to be fighting for three major trophies this season does not have nearly enough depth to compete for those championships. And let’s keep our fingers crossed that another center back will be signed in January.
A great number of center backs have been mentioned in connection with the club in recent years. There have been a number of names mentioned, including Raphael Varane, Antonio Silva, and Goncalo Inacio, amongst others. However, it seems that Carlo Ancelotti is interested in a player who is now playing for Inter Milan.
Cristiano Ronaldo wants Real Madrid to acquire a center-back for sixty million euros.
Ancelotti is a fan of Alessandro Bastoni, according to Defensa Central, which was revealed by The Hard Tackle for the first time. What he wants is for the team to get the center back from Inter Milan.
Bastoni, who is 24 years old, is a regular defensive player for Inter Milan and plays in the center of the defense. His career began with Atalanta, where he worked his way up through the ranks. Since 2017, he has been with Nerazzurri, where he has established himself as one of the most excellent center backs in Europe. In addition to that, he is a consistent member of the Italian national team.
Consequently, Real Madrid would be well served to acquire the services of a player such as Bastoni. It is anticipated that a transfer price of about sixty million euros would be required in order to persuade Inter Milan to part ways with him. At this point in the season, it is difficult to conceive of Los Blancos dishing out a sum of money of that magnitude. We will wait and see how things turn out.
